My mother lived in India for many years and learnt yoga. On returning the the UK she studied and became a yoga teacher herself and this got her interested in meditation and eventually she became a follower of Tibetan Buddhism. After she retired she lived at a Buddhist training school called Manjushri in the Lake District and link to their web site follows.
